New quality guidelines for the handling of REACH

Since 2008 we have repeatedly received some enquiries about how we deal with the EU-regulation REACH (= Registration, Evaluation, Authorisation and Restriction of Chemicals). The new FRENCO quality guideline QRL14 provides information about this matter.
