Manual Grinding:
Many spur tooth contours are still today best produced on conventional grinding machines. This means high demands are made on the grinding specialists.
Gear manufacture in a conventional grinding shop is possible with the following parameters:

| Max. face width | 500 mm | 70 mm | Pitch circle up to 30 mm |
| 110 mm | Pitch circle up to 60 mm | ||
| 150 mm | Pitch circle up to 150 mm | ||
| Max. through bore diameter | 300 mm | ||
| Max. pitch circle diameter | 300 mm | approx. 250 mm | |
| Max. workpiece weight | | 50 daN | |
| Materials | steel, copper, graphite | ||
| Verzahnungs- genauigkeit | Q3 as per DIN 3962 | ||

NC-Grinding:
A KAPP VAS 55 P, which was specially improved to accommodate FRENCO’s requirement for highest precision, is used to NC grind gearing. Both dressable grinding wheels and CBN wheels are used.
Gear manufacture (external teeth) in the NC grinding shop is possible with the following parameters:
Wire eroding:
Our wire eroding facilities are tuned for high precision accuracy using sophisticated technology and are placed in a fully climatised room. All of this together with the know-how of the operating specialists creates a brilliant combination which results in highest accuracy.
Manufacturing of internal gearing on the wire eroder is possible within the following parameters:
