  • Download TeamViewer Quick Support (TeamViewerQS.exe) from this page and run it on the corresponding coomputer after consultating with FRENCO.
  • After starting the software FRENCO will get a request for service automatically.
  • A FRENCO employee will connect to the computer. you can see the screen at any time.
  • You may contact FRENCO by phone simultaneously.
