DAkkS Calibration

FRENCO offers DAkkS calibration certificates for toothed artefacts.

The laboratory of FRENCO GmbH was accredited by Deutsche Akkreditierungsstelle (DAkkS) according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 as conformity assessment body for all essential gear features.

• DAkkS Calibration of external involute, tooth trace and pitch artefacts
• DAkkS Calibration of gears and splines for pitch, runout and dimension over pins
• DAkkS Calibration certificate with detailed explanations (measurement uncertainties, measuring method etc.)
• Factory calibration for artefacts which are outside the accreditation range

Measurement Uncertainties

The smallest measurement uncertainty to be indicated depends on the size of the artefact. The Measurement uncertainty (k=2) of DAkkS calibrations lies within the following range:
